Can I come to Poland with my partner or family?

Yes, definitely. Visit Poland with your partner or family, and we will organize the trip, sightseeing and other activities for you. We will also take care of them during your treatment.

When should I book the flight to Poland?

If you book your flight in 3-4 weeks in advance, you can save some money on air-ticket. However it depends on the dates and you can also find good rates tickets few days before the arrival.

How long do I have to stay in Poland after the varicose veins laser treatment?

You can fly home the next day after the varicose veins laser treatment. However, you are very welcome to stay in Krakow for few days and have a great holidays.

Do the medical staff speak in English?

We cooperate only with English-speaking medical staff. You can also count on your English speaking Personal Assistant all the time.

When and how do I pay?

If you have a pre-consultation visit with our doctor in London, you will have to pay 50 GBP after the visit. Other payments are made after the treatment in Poland. You can pay cash in pounds or in Polish zloty (PLN), you can also pay by Pay Pal payment system.

Do I need to have any special insurance?

Before arrival we recommend you to buy travel insurance for the period of your stay in Poland.

Do I need Polish currency before coming to Poland?

It is not necessary as you can exchange money in Poland. It is also possible to pay by credit cards at most places.
